EVERCOAT Fiberglass Repair Products Small Hole Repair Process Single Side Repair

Proper Resin Catalyzation

  • Marine Resin, Boatyard, Laminating, and Automotive Fiberglass Resin all use MEKP Liquid Hardener

  • Ounce of resin requires 10-18 drops of MEKP depending on the temperature and desired working time.

Scarf Repair Process

  • Wet the repair surface to hold the reinforcement in place

  • Apply the reinforcement layers from the largest to the smallest

Tech Tip: For this repair we are using a scarf repair technique with a waxed resin from one side
