Evercoat Light Speed™ Repair System

This training course will provide the learning participant with the knowledge regarding the technical features, uses, and UV LED Curing of Evercoat Light Speed™ System, covering Optex® Light Speed™ Premium Filler, 440 Express Light Speed™ Pinhole Eliminator, and Light Speed™ LED Cure High Build Premium Primer.

The course will cover the recommended application and UV LED Curing procedure for Optex® Light Speed™ Premium Filler over a properly prepared OEM paint finish and the recommended sanding procedures to work with the existing factory corrosion protection system on today’s vehicles.

After which the recommended procedures for preparation, application, and UV LED Curing of 440 Express Light Speed™ Pinhole Eliminator will be reviewed to show the benefits for rectifying and correcting pinholes and reducing primer usage.

Lastly, the proper application of Evercoat’s 1K Light Speed™ LED Cure High Build Polyester Primer will be demonstrated along with the proper UV curing procedure.
